Hi All! Hope everyone is doing well! Wanted to share that since 2020 I have found a new passion! Building guitars and ukuleles out of cigar boxes! Some are made from the artwork of the cigar boxes and others are hand painted by me. I love making custom orders and personalizing them to a one of a kind instrument. Before I started selling them I had them inspected by a luthier to make sure they were done right.

I had the privilege of being invited to participate in an exhibit called “Strings and Things…A Handcrafted Musical Experience” at the Elkhorn Museum in Norfolk, Nebraska. I submitted two ukuleles. The exhibit started on June 5, 2021 and ran for 16 weeks. Here are some pictures of my ukuleles that I entered and a small clip from a video the museum did on the exhibit. Hope you enjoy it! My name is Maria Campos and I have been crafting and woodworking for over 25 years. Recently I have been making carved wooden signs. Majority of my orders are custom made to your specifications. Whether it’s for you, a gift for a Birthday, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Anniversary, or Just Because, let me create something for you!

All my signs are hand carved out of select Pine, Cedar, or Red Wood. They are coated with 3 layers of polyurethane for protection and come ready to hang with a chain. Some signs depending on the detail may take about two weeks for delivery.

I handle all my transactions through PayPal, so you know you can buy with confidence!
